ABOUT THE PROJECT
myLWT a customer portal was created to house purchased digital products and provide access to educator resources and samples.
MY ROLE
Collaborate between our product and development teams to scope, define, and design the portal.
Problem
There wasn’t a central area to log in and access digital applications. Ultimately, this caused customer confusion and dissatisfaction.
Solution
After several meetings with internal teams and stakeholders, we developed a centralized location that housed all digital products. We also included the ability for users to customize their portal by pinning products and resources they used most often.
