Digital fulfillment - Product Licensing management
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Digital Fulfillment is an application that fulfilled online product orders and automated the process for sending and managing licenses for tech administrators.
MY ROLE
Collaborate between our product and digital sales teams to scope, design, and create an automated process for fulfilling orders.
Problem
The current Screener application was overloaded with information and instructions in how to properly administer the assessment. Once an assessment was administered, the visualization of data was hard to understand and review quickly. This resulted in user frustration and low rate of use.
Solution
After several meetings with internal teams and stakeholders, we created a consolidated email and landing page containing all product license codes including transfer privileges. This granted the top most requested features from our users and streamlined the entire process.
